  My last visit there was really the last. I have never seen so obtuse staff. We haven't sat down and they already asked what we want for drink. So I asked if we can get few minutes to decide what we will eat and drink. The staff came back after two minutes. We still needed few more. So next time came back probably after 15 minutes. We tried to order. I wanted starter, main and dessert from the special menu. My friend wanted starter from the ordinary menu and a starter and pudding from the special menu - 2 courses for £9.99. I am writing it as it was written there. NOWHERE was written that we must order starter-main or main-pudding. You maybe say it is logical but why not to have just this combination? I was happy to pay more even the price for that two courses wasn't £9.99. That was impossible. The staff walked away to ask a manager or a supervisor. After few minutes came back and told us that we can't order it. Why? Because it is not in the system we've been told. We have been asked to order from the ordinary menu. Unfortunately there wasn't the thing what my friend wanted.
  Is it problem for the chef to cook something what is on the other menu? I think it is not a problem.
  And is it a problem for the staff to charge it? I think no. If they wanted they could do it. I work in the hospitality business and I know that if I want to make customer happy it is possible. Especially if something is on the menu. We didn't ask for anything what wasn't there.
  The staff wasn't helpful at all so after an hour we walked away even more hungry and disappointed. Well done!

  We had a really nice meal here, the staff were attentive and the food was really good. Definitely one of the best F&B in the area.

  Kids menu is fine. Adults was shocking. Well over priced for something that I could do a better job of myself. Won't be visiting here again. And I wouldn't advise people to visit either.
