  It should of been called mcmess as food was thrown together minimal salad and sauce in burgers, chips were cold tasted horrible no salt. Soggy food my kids wouldn't even eat it

  This is classed as my 'local' MacDonalds, I would rather travel 9 miles to Mier. The location is terrible - being a 'service station' the access in and out is far from safe or simple. Should you want Breakfast at a weekend - I wouldn't bother, y the time you have made it into the entrance it will be lunchtime as the queuing is ridiculous. The restaurant and car park are too small as are the bays for the 'grill order' parking. If you are lucky enough to get breakfast, it is very nice... (the reason the review has 2 stars and not 1) but the rest of the food is usually cold and disappointing - a bit like the staff!

  I've been frequenting this establishment for years as a local resident and found the service more than adequate, however, my recent visit left me with 5 chicken strips rather than a Big Mac, 7 chicken nuggets in a 6 chicken nugget box rather than 20, and a quarter pounder when I asked for a cheese burger. They couldn't even get my a Strawberry milkshake, I got a banana milkshake. I didn't even get a receipt to check what I had paid around £15 for! I am extremely disappointed at the service received.
  UPDATE: This has now been resolved and handled really well by the manager, thank you!
